This product was an exploration of expression. My client requested a shoe rack that had a unique and artistic aesthetic inspired by the Memphis Design Movement. It was also required to be very narrow but still capable of storing a minimum of 4-6 pairs of shoes due to the width of her hallway. The finished product solves both issues, experimenting with colour and form to create a vibrant modern shoe rack that is expressive but also suits the aesthetic of my client’s home.
